Whilst all the talk on the news is of the global credit crunch, the Dubai property market seems to be waking up with increasing talk of a number of major new projects to be launched at the 7th Cityscape in Dubai. The Cityscape exhibition, which is by far the worlds largest business to business real estate and property investment exhibition, is set to open its doors on the 6th October and will run for a total of four days.
Cityscape 2007 welcomed over 51,855 visitors from over 130 countries last year, with over 800 exhibitors showing their latest projects and developments. This year promises to be even bigger, with the 'who's who' making the trip to the real estate capital of the world for the four day show.
As well as the 800 exhibitors, Cityscape 2008 will offer a wide range of seminars and conferences providing a global forum for debating some of the key issues affecting the global property market today. Given the various financial issues facing numerous major markets throughout the world at present, some of these debates promise to prove some of the most interesting, and arguably challenging to date.
Here at the Investment Property Blog, we aim to provide in-depth coverage of all the events at the Cityscape exhibition, with on the ground news updates on a regular basis. We will bring you news of all the major launches and pre-launches from the Cityscape Dubai exhibition, to provide you with the very latest in news from the show.
