Dubai Waterfront welcomes the Suhail Tower

Kuwaiti based property developers, Al Madar have this morning announced the launch of their latest residential project in Dubai, which is estimated to cost in the region of AED 1.4 billion.

The Suhail Tower, as the project will be called, is set to be located in the highly desireable Madinat Al Arab area of the Dubai Waterfront. Despite the worsening financial climate of recent months, property in the Dubai Waterfront has remained popular amongst investors who see the developer as being a key destination for growth in the emirate.

The Suhail Tower will be a 47 floor residential tower, and will offer a wide range of residential units including studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments. The top floor of the project will include a select number of exclusive penthouses.

Al Madar have given the Suhail Tower a completion date of late 2011. We will of course keep you updated regarding the progress of the development and all the main property developments in the Dubai Waterfront.
