Much debate has taken place recently with regards to the possible opportunities for property investment in Northern Cyprus, as investors speculate as to the likely outcome of the recent re-unification talks between the relevant authorities.
As such, here at the Property Abroad Blog, we have decided to take a more in-depth look at the opportunities for investors looking to purchase a property in Northern Cyprus, and to see if North Cyprus has the potential to live up to its increasing reputation.
Before we start to look at the individual properties in the region however, it is worth our while to understand fully the geography and make-up of the region, as this will allow us a better context when we look at the individual developments.
North Cyprus can be easily plsit into five main areas:
- Kyremia
- Famagusta
- Bogaz
- Bafra
- Karpaz
We will be taking a more in-depth look at each of the above areas, so to fully understand which areas are where we should be looking to invest going forward.
